Chroma was founded in early 2020 with a clear mission: to become the most efficient, effective, and innovative residential property management company in the Portland Metro area. We help real estate investors unlock peace of mind and reclaim their time by expertly managing their properties and turning their investments into truly passive income. For residents, we’re committed to delivering a superior rental experience—handling rent collection, maintenance requests, and tenancy communication promptly, respectfully, and with full transparency.

We began by managing a single-family home in Northeast Portland in April 2020—a client and tenant relationship that’s still going strong. Since then, we’ve expanded our portfolio to include multifamily apartment buildings, upscale townhomes, luxury homes in Portland’s most sought-after neighborhoods, and a diverse mix of single-family homes across a range of price points. Today, we manage over 320 units on behalf of more than 100 owners—ranging from local clients in Ladd’s Edition to international investors as far away as Singapore

Chroma has also become a trusted resource for Portland’s real estate community. Dozens of brokers and agents refer clients exclusively to us for property management services and rely on our team to assist with investment analysis and navigating complex regulatory requirements.
