Not ready for full-service property management? We also provide marketing & lease services.

Chroma will photograph, market, and advertise your property, manage showings, tenant screening, application processing, and the rental agreement including with all necessary addendum. We’ll find you a great tenant, handle all of the leasing work, and turn it over to you to manage.

Our fee is one month’s rent


 

*Lease Renewal Fee: The quickest path to profitability is to retain satisfied tenants paying market rents. We work hard to keep great tenants in your property and charge a flat fee when those tenants renew their lease.
